Upon receiving a complaint, JarShare may review the order details and transaction history, contact both parties for clarification, request additional supporting evidence, assess all available information, and issue a final decision based on the available evidence.

Resolution Outcomes

Depending on the circumstances, JarShare may reject the complaint, approve a full or partial refund, cancel the transaction, provide compensation where appropriate, or suspend or permanently terminate an account found to be in violation of the Platform's policies.

JarShare's decision regarding the operation of the Platform shall be considered final, without prejudice to either party's right to seek legal remedies through the competent authorities.
